David Lucchetti:關(guān)于需要解決的核心問題,我們認(rèn)為最主要可以從三個(gè)方面來分析。第一個(gè)核心問題是工業(yè)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)推廣發(fā)展過程中的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)問題,從工業(yè)4.0概念的產(chǎn)生,工業(yè)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)始終處在一個(gè)發(fā)展進(jìn)程當(dāng)中,物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)并非簡(jiǎn)單的技術(shù)問題,需要涉及整個(gè)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的生態(tài)系統(tǒng),不同環(huán)節(jié)相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的合作協(xié)調(diào),以及信息安全,甚至用戶數(shù)據(jù)隱私保護(hù)等各種問題。因此,只有建立相對(duì)統(tǒng)一的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),工業(yè)物聯(lián)的各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)在同一標(biāo)準(zhǔn)內(nèi)才能更有效的溝通發(fā)展,其中環(huán)節(jié)有包括設(shè)備物聯(lián)、數(shù)據(jù)物聯(lián)、信息分析、信息處理反饋等等。第二個(gè)核心問題,是建立這樣的一個(gè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)之后我們?nèi)绾芜M(jìn)行具體實(shí)現(xiàn)。它也需要有一些具體相關(guān)的操作,包含比如各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)的技術(shù)投資、基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)投資等等方面。第三個(gè)核心問題就是關(guān)于工業(yè)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的更深層次的認(rèn)知程度,技術(shù)的積累與分享,比如今天大家參與的ECV上海希為主辦的第二屆中國人機(jī)交互國際峰會(huì)也是重要的分享活動(dòng)之一。在工業(yè)物聯(lián)相關(guān)領(lǐng)域內(nèi),各環(huán)節(jié)行業(yè)都有了更深刻更廣泛技術(shù)儲(chǔ)備和技術(shù)探討,并加以具體實(shí)現(xiàn), IIOT也會(huì)有更加長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)的發(fā)展。
David Lucchetti: Regarding the core issues that need to be addressed, we believe they can be mainly analyzed in three aspects. The first core issue is the standard problem in the development of industrial IoT. Since the creation of concept of Industry 4.0, the Industrial Internet of Things has been evolving all the time. The realization of the Internet of Things is not a simple technical issue, but involves the entire ecosystem of the Internet of Things including the cooperation and coordination of different aspects, information security, and even user data privacy protection. Therefore, only by establishing relatively unified standards can all aspects of the Industrial IoT communicate more effectively. Such procedures include equipment IoT, data IoT, information analysis, and information processing and feedback. The second core issue is how we implement it after establishing such a standard. It also needs to implement some specific measures, including technical investment and infrastructure investment of all procedures. The third core issue is about the greater awareness of industrial IoT technology, the accumulation and sharing of technologies. For example, ECV Shanghai Xi’s Second China Human-Computer Interaction International Summit we participate in today is one of the important sharing events. In the relevant fields of IoT, if they conduct more in-depth and extensive technology discussions and sharing, IOT will have greater development in the long-term.

David Lucchetti:HMI在工業(yè)自動(dòng)化中具有不可替代的作用,是工業(yè)化進(jìn)程的發(fā)展趨勢(shì),會(huì)讓工業(yè)生產(chǎn)更加智能,更加高效,工業(yè)環(huán)境更加安全,隨著生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展完善,結(jié)合硬件和軟件技術(shù)的進(jìn)步,HMI必將有更加廣泛的應(yīng)用實(shí)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)景,例如:預(yù)測(cè)性故障提前維護(hù),遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控維護(hù),工業(yè)系統(tǒng)自動(dòng)優(yōu)化,產(chǎn)品包裝,物流運(yùn)輸檢測(cè)等各個(gè)領(lǐng)域,有研究表明,工業(yè)設(shè)備的預(yù)測(cè)性維護(hù),不僅可以提前對(duì)設(shè)備的故障隱患,進(jìn)行預(yù)警報(bào)告,處理,有效的延長(zhǎng)工業(yè)設(shè)備的壽命。
David Lucchetti: HMI plays an irreplaceable role in the industrial automation. It is the trend of industrialization development, and will make industrial production more intelligent and more efficient, and industrial environment more secure. Along with the development of the ecosystem, combined with the progress of hardware and software technologies, HMI will have a wider range of applications such as: predictive failure maintenance, remote monitoring and maintenance, industrial system automation optimization, product packaging, logistics and transportation testing, etc. Researches show that predictive maintenance of industrial equipment can not only report the hidden problems of the equipment in advance and effectively extend the service life of the industrial equipment.

From the solution perspective, first of all, we will carry out the basic IoT connection for the industrial equipment system, and then carry out relevant data analysis and processing, and then feedback it to the corresponding processor, and the system will automatically implement some maintenance measures, so as to achieve effective human-computer interaction and intelligent IoT. HMI's development in the field of industrial automation is very important. In terms of the product strategy of STMicroelectronics, we actively and thoroughly address the corresponding HMI challenges with leading innovative technologies, rich variety of product lines and advanced manufacturing processes. For instance, we apply leading highly integrated and technology advanced SoC and SiP processes to Galvanic Isolation magnetically isolated driver chips, and provide extensively the industrial sector with STSpin series of motor driver chips, I-O Link connection processing, power devices, power management, and other chip solutions to improve the reliability, stability, intelligence and integration level of intelligent industrial products.

David Lucchetti: As the industrial intelligence and automation industry is undergoing continuous development, it is not just a simple technical issue to achieve the Industry 4.0. Therefore, the challenge involves the entire industry ecosystem, including the cooperation and coordination between different procedures, information security, and the even protection of user data privacy. Therefore, the formulation, promotion and improvement of the industry standards are of great importance.

David Lucchetti:關(guān)于中國市場(chǎng)趨勢(shì),雖然人口紅利降低,但是人們有更高生活品質(zhì)的追求與個(gè)性化需求,新的需求必然產(chǎn)生新的市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)。小的經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)可以包含檢測(cè)管理人體健康的智能設(shè)備的需求,智能家居, 智能車聯(lián)生活需求等等。大的經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)則包含基于大數(shù)據(jù)基礎(chǔ)的有效分析應(yīng)用的智能工業(yè),智能物聯(lián),智慧城市發(fā)展等等。
David Lucchetti:Regarding the development trend of the Chinese market, although the demographic dividend is reduced, the Chinese people will have higher demand on life quality and individualized needs, and new demands will inevitably lead to new economic activities. Small economic activities can include the demand for smart devices that detect and manage human health, smart home appliances, smart cars and so on. Large economic activities include effective big data-based analysis applications of the intelligent industry, intelligent IoT, smart city development and so on.
放眼于長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展,從消費(fèi)類智能生活到工業(yè)智能制造,我們認(rèn)為中國市場(chǎng)仍然是全球最活躍的市場(chǎng)之一。
